Angel Network investment may be an appropriate option for entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria
PRODUCT
Product is developed or nearly completed and has a working prototype. Can demonstrate that the product/service will solve a significant problem and have rapid growth.
COMPANY
Company has a refined business plan and/or presentation deck, including existing or potential customers who can provide a letter of support confirming they will buy.
ENTREPRENEUR
Entrepreneur has invested his/her capital, has fundraised from family and friends, and has raised alternative forms of capital, such as grants, government funds and contracts.
